The Dean Of Students, Lou Rachmaciej, is the official registrar of Gordon Tech High School. He makes final determinations on credits earned and graduation status. He works very closely with Ms. Mary Hubbard in the Records Office.

All transcripts, official and unofficial, must be issued by the Records Office only. Unofficial transcripts will be prominently stamped "Unofficial" and official transcripts will have the embossed Gordon Tech Corporate Seal on the proper location of the transcript.
The school policy with regard to academic transcripts is as follows:
A. $5.00 fee for each transcript for Gordon Tech Alumni or former students.

B. Transferring students receive an official or unofficial transcript at no charge.
C. Current seniors will be allowed five [5] free transcripts during their senior year. After the five free transcripts have been sent out, there will be a charge of $5.00 for each additional transcript.
* No official transcript of credits will be forwarded until current financial obligations at Gordon Tech have been discharged. |
