This course selection guide is a roadmap to your life at Gordon Tech. Read it carefully. Follow it closely. The years you spend in high school are very important. They will affect your entire life. You must realize, however, that you are the one who will decide what you get out of these years. Fall in love with learning and keep falling in love. Teachers, buildings, computers, programs, coaches and books will help you, but only to the extent to which you care and put them to good use. You must want to succeed. You must make a constant, sincere effort to develop your talents and abilities. From day one here, all your school work counts and leads to a grade point average. What you will learn and what you will be able to do points to the ACT exam and to college entrance. Involvement in extracurricular activities rounds out your learning experience.
Take this book as your guide. It has but one purpose: to help you succeed not only here but in college and life itself.
